How these estimates work. Waste avoided assumes a fixed average weight per category, for example 2 kg for electronics and 8 kg for furniture. Savings use the agreed sale price of completed exchanges. Garage contributions use each garage's stated upkeep percentage. None of these figures are scientific measurements or audited numbers.
